If your business sells to consumers, here are the things you need to have on your website:
- Contact information including your address. The address doen’t just show where you are, but having a physical location adds legitimacy to your business.
- Also adding legitimacy are testimonials. People love to by from places that other people endorse.
- If you have a physical location to serve your customers an interactive map that people can use to get directions is important.
- A complete and easy to follow list of your products and services.
Of course there are variations to the above based on the type of business you have, but these are the basic things that let your customers and prospects know who you are, what you do and why you are so great.
